I never would have thought a KZread channel could be so inspiring and moving as this one has been. Nor did I ever think I could feel such deep love for animals across the world from me. And while I have always loved elephants and strongly suspected they are extremely intelligent, I didn't understand just how truly intelligent, sensitive, and complex they are until you all started sharing the intimate details of their lives. They are smarter than us in many ways. I don't say that to disparage humans (although I certainly could). I say it because they have figured out how not to massacre each other, and we haven't. They also are deeply loyal, in ways that we aren't always. They inspire me to be a better person ❤️❤️❤️

Jabu looks like a beautiful statue in this video. A tall, big, proud, handsome boy. Such a gorgeous animal. And Fish. Bent knee and all, you might be slower, but you have never given up keeping up. I thank God for all the magnificent group of people who have gotten him through every day. I especially love the memories of those carers who read to him while he was home bound. Watching your herd and other elephants behavior always reminds me of how I want and strive to behave towards others. Wether it be humans or animals! All of the Elephants are so beautiful, but my heart belongs to Timisa and to Fishan. I do love each of them but Timisa has those soulful eyes, and Fishan just needs me to love him. WOW!! This video caught me off guard and I sure did get so emotional too. I really do love this Herd so very much.❤️🥰😘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘. I also have been able to see that I can relate to all of them cause with me being born with a disability and never having a negative attitude and being a positive person and a zest for life and always smiling or laughing too. I’ve been in and out of the hospitals a lot in my life and never once was unhappy and I always would amaze the doctors and nurses with how happy I always was even when I was close to dying or extremely sick too. I’ve even had people ask me since I have been on Dialysis for 15 yrs this year why I’m so happy or, what do I have to be so happy about and I just ask back, why not? I can see the zest for life and the fun that these elephants have and also the things that they have had to overcome too in their lives and are still able to show love and compassion too is just so awesome and inspiring too. I do thank you Adine and Carers at HERD for this awesome video and I am definitely keeping this video cause I’d I ever feel like giving up, I’m gonna look at this video. I send this whole Herd lots of love and hugs, and even kisses and I wish I could do more. I don’t know if liking the videos helps you get some money but I do hit the like button all the time. I’ve only been down to Miami one time and thet was to go to the Eye Institute of Florida to see what was wrong with my vision and that was a total bust cause they never found out the problem with my vision and I believe it all was from the fact that the shunt in my head was malfunctioning and I had to go into the hospital to get it replaced. I now have Macular Degeneration cause from my health cause of my disability that I was born with. But, it was so kind of you to invite me but can’t do it. I wish it could be understood how elephants can endure physical pain and still carry on. I was touched by the story of an Asian elephant named Shirley whose backstory broke my heart, she was rescued and was provided a happy life living till she was 72 years old at a sanctuary in Tennessee.

I agree with all the attributes associated with each member of the Herd, we as humans need to respect all life and our Planet because if we dont then our future is not assured.

My understanding is that elephants have among the strongest family bonds in all of nature, including humans. HERD is a family affair. Giraffe's are known for family bonds including the females racing and surrounding a threatened calf. Hyenas have been shown to play an important role in preventing the spread of diseases aiding public health by consuming every bit, every scape of carcasses that can deteriorate and rot to breed bacteria and viruses. Two cities in Ethiopia depend on hyenas to "manage" the town refuge, literally the town dump.

I love this herd and your video. It was a great day when I found it. I watch it everyday. They are such an inspiration.
