Like everyone else, it's great to see you kicking out fresh videos again. I'll mention a little trick I use on my rubs and rubs supplies. Regardless if they have dates on them or not I always place some masking tape on them for labels. I write the purchase date first. Then latter when I open the container I write that date. I feel it's important to track both dates. When the seal hasn't been opened the rub and ingredients last longer. And the reason I use masking tape instead of just writing on the container is some plastics are hard to write on,the print can smear or just not do well. But there is one more reason. Some permanent ink are very powerful smelling. At the same time some plastics products are better then others. Writing on the masking tape helps to keep from scents transferring off flavors from the pens to your seasoning. Last thing for preserving you're rubs and ingredients. There are some large containers in the stores that have seals built into them. Place your rubs and ingredients in the smaller containers that contain the rubs into the larger container. It's amazing who effective this works. Especially in locations that have very high humidity levels. Everyone have a great day.😃👍🌤🍻🔥

@@HellYeahKimballsBBQ you're by the boxing Hall of Fame, right? I'm in the Albany area...
Part of the challenge of BBQ (at least for me) is to not be wasteful. The money you save on being smart with fuel, rubs, etc you can spend on higher quality meat. Glad you’re back dude.
Holy!!! It’s about time you make some new videos! Great to see

Craigers, first of all, welcome back. I don't know how many 1000's of hours of BBQ videos I've watched over the years but congrats on coming up with some totally fresh content like this. I don't think I've seen a similar video. Wishing you and yours a happy holiday from Waltham.

You just reinforced what my wife keeps telling me. Spices don't last forever.. I'm guilty of hanging on to them a little too long.... 😜

Am I the only one who uses them until they're gone? I'm talking around five years.
