Batman - Partyman (Museum Scene)

Batman(1989)set to Prince Partyman(1989)
Lyrics:
"Gentlemen, let's broaden our minds!"
"Lawrence"
Ohhh yeah
"Give him a shave .Terrance brush."
All hail, the new king in town
Young and old, gather 'round (yeah)
Black and white, red and green (funky)
The funkiest man you've ever seen
Tell you what his name is
Partyman, partyman
Rock a party like nobody can
Rules and regulations, no place in his nation
Partyman, partyman
Party people, say it now, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
"The One Dollar Bill "
Somebody holler if you want to party
"Whoa , I kind of like this one, Bob.Leave it ."
Give it up, oh yeah !
The painting Joker "kinda likes" is 1954 painting Figure with Meat by the Irish-born artist Francis Bacon.

something I noticed about this scene that I really like is the way the Joker vandalizes stuff compared to the goons, he does things in a particular way for comedic effect, when he knocks a statue he casually does it while walking past or imitates it and then makes it look like he unintentionally knocks it, and when he paints over the painings, he doesn't just throw paint on it or print his hand over it, he writes something on the painting with a wall, meanwhile the goons (with the exception of the guy who painted the Joker on that statue) just throw and spray paint everywhere.

Fun, fantastic, and still psychotic. I love thinking about the fact that Joker murdered hundreds of people (presumably the entire museum) so that he could wreck part of that museum for less than a minute and then have 'dinner' with a woman in a newly made crypt. All of that nonsensical and delightful stuff because he wanted to set an atmosphere and be silly.

I think Jack's interpretation of Joker is still the scariest. While Ledger's was a Anarchistic sadist rising to power. While Leto's Joker is a crime boss that's also a sadist. Jack's was basically a serial killer that stumbles into controlling all of Gotham's criminal underworld. He is not for money or anarchy. He wants to kill as many people as he can for the sole purpose of being know for killing. That's scary. It be like the night stalker or zodiac being in control of the new York commission.
