It has high center of gravity? Add ballast. Also double wheels would be cool and against add stability.

At slow speeds and when you come to a stop at red lights and stuff. You should install some hydraulic wheels on each side that come down and go back up whenever you're back up to speed

Don't you want it a bit lower to the ground ? That should make it easier to balance I would think..

No all he needs to do is add some hydraulic wheels that lower when he comes to a stop or slowing down and when he speeds back up the hydraulic arms will bring the wheels back up
