@@kaoticmachineis obviously from the other side of the great filter. One of the few earth origin intelligences that survived the 7th ELE, mass extinction events that have/will occur on earth. So one of the few organic humans made the jump, and fewer primitive cyber intellects.
Ethereal and beautiful. I really like the original song, but this is a simply stunning collaboration. Congratulations to Dan and Bastille, the incredibly talented Freya, the amazing choir and to the maestro himself Hans Zimmer. What makes this song special for me is Freya's harmonies, which are understated but really powerful.
2:15 gives me chills every single time!
2:25 I’ve become an optimist about this. Literally, the harmony renewed me.

Having been metres away from Freya Ridings in concert in Melbourne, I can attest that her beauty is as breath taking as her voice! Also this rendition is pure heaven!

UK here. Your version is visually better than the BBCs closer to earthshot version. Your captions way way better than BBCs. BBC version has the worst captions I've ever seen! Don't need captions but it provides another line of putting emphasis on what earthshot was about with this song. I process mentally better textually. While enjoying emotionally the beauty of this song and the singing and playing of instruments.
