Barley soup with chicken and vegetables.
You can experiment with the ingredients and the amount. I change my vegetables ocacsionally.

ingredients:
1kg of chicken on the bone
200g pearl barley
few carots
1 bunch of celery
1 cauliflower
stock- I used 3 stock cubes
water- I think I used 4 liters
few allspice or peppercorns
few bay leaves
50g plain flour
50g butter
