The Headless Chef

While preparing a dessert for Christmas dinner, I couldn't find any videos to guide me. So, I decided to record my first cooking session, and that's how The Headless Chef was born in February 2015. Inspired by the wonderful feedback and growing demand for more videos, I decided to take a more professional approach.

I focus on recording recipes for dishes I love or find challenging, so I can share my learnings with you. This way, you can benefit from my experiences rather than making the same mistakes yourself. I also take requests, so feel free to ask for cooking tips or specific recipes, and I'll do my best to help.

    I've allowed a couple of courgettes in my allotment to grow to marrow size to harvest the seeds for next year. Didn't know what to do with the actual marrow. Now I do. Thank you!!

    6 hrs is too long. For 1100g you need 5 hours. Personal preference I suppose but it did look good. 👍🏼

    I tried this today , this is my 2nd time making stone fruit crumble . It superb ,easy to make and the comments I got today is " taste like from an expensive restaurant" it's beautiful the crumble taste so good "

    Completely wrong. You use a hob to warm milk up then add that to the coffee, and use whole milk not that semi rubbish.

    hi. Or you can just half the ingredients. We usually have it over 2 days as a family. I'm sure you can also freeze it but make sure it's defrosted and heated though properly . I hope this helps
