We had a ball. I’d you get the chance I’d recommend Antigua any day...not so much bargain quest. I’d play bargain quest I Antigua though 😉

what other card game is similar to this game? -4player compete to be the richest -has engine building (optional) medieval fantasy theme

Very good review. I really like the art on this game, it is really nice. I bought the game on the recommendation of another review site that does not give out many good reviews so based on that I was expecting an amazing game. I think it is good, but based on the good review of the other site I was expecting more. However, when I play this with my kid, who is 12, and we have also played with other kids, they really like it. So that kinda changes it up for me too. If it gets my son off the phone and the computer and playing a board game with real people it is a good thing. Very good review and I love the honesty of your reviews. Please subscribe to my channel if you can. I do very low budget reviews with my kid usually.

I think we’re in the same boat mate. I bought this on the recommendation of another prominent reviewer and it simply didn’t match the description. So much so that it’s on eBay right now. Not saying it’s a bad game but I already have better games of this type that are more enjoyable. Tbh I’m a bit gutted as I was expecting a hell of a lot more front this. Just goes to show you can’t trust 70k view reviewers all the time. Btw...thanks for the kind words. Appreciated 🙏

@@BoardGameBollocks I got the full KS and for never stated reasons the KS was a bit bumpy considering that the game was a reprint and that a major company took over the KS as well, a company that I have had nothing but very positive interactions with and a company who has produced many games that I love. I think the distance between watching that extremely positive review and the time the game finally arrived killed some of the buzz a bit. I really enjoy your channel, your reviews are honest.
