Awesome job love the work you do. That’s great shooting. I’m a newbie and trying to learn everything I can. Because I just found out that the pro shop I went to had my draw length way to short, and I’ve been shooting like that for five months. They also had my rest in the wrong place it was a mess. Thank i met this man that teaches people and he took me under his wing and is teaching me, He also fixed my rig completely. So i need to learn anyway i'm venting sorry. thanks again i'll be watching.🙏🏽

I am in the same boat I hope this year I can kill a deer with my compound bow I bin shooting my Mathews mission craze for 7 years and now finally I am strong enough to pull back around 50 pound draw weight. So I will go with my compound bow. For the first few weeks with my compound then if I get something cool if not I will go with my 10 point crossbow.

After watching you shoot your bow rain or shine, I got my Blackice from 35 yards through an opening 14/15” put 3/4 arrows. Raised the garage door and drew my bow, thank you for your encouragement come rain or shine, go shoot the bow.

those marks on the cams are for synchronization. timing is true to when the stops hit the cables at full draw. the only way to check that is to watch them as you draw back and make sure they hit at the same time. You should also make or buy a draw board, then if it's off, whichever one hits first you add twists (1/2 twist at a time) to that cable that hit first. Just make sure all of the strings are in the tracks and you have pressure on the string before letting it out of the press.

Nice setup and clear walkthrough. Prefer the longer axle to axle and smoothness myself, even from a treestand - sort of forced due to big wingspan though. What draw weight are these two? Been setting up bows for the wife and I for this season for Elk - might have to take a look at upgrading the rest after seeing yours here. Shooting a PSE Drive 3B XL here.

I have bad luck with a fall away rest. I had one I loved it it was a limb driven style. But idk if the timing was off on it or what but my arrows flew strange at times and it left a strange line on all 3 of my fletching which I know it is not a huge problem. So the bow shop told me to try a wisker biskit style. I wish I could go back to a drop away but I was told the rest style I have now is better for hunting.

Those cheap levels are the Chinese knock-offs of the ones originally made by R.S. Bowvise, someone I used to work for in his archery shop. I can tell just by the color of the yellow of the plastic that those are the crap ones. I wouldn't trust those at all. I just got myself the Solution SS a few days ago from a new Bowtech dealer in my area. Still waiting for my stabilizer kit, which should be here in another 2 weeks. Ugh. Gonna be shooting Winter league with it, but it first needs to be set up and sighted in.

Man I would watch that putting lock tight on them boats it's bad enough you're putting steel into aluminum riser you're putting the steel screw into a aluminum riser which causes anidizing or whatever the heck is called it's called and it really locked Them in there if you just tighten them down early tight wouldn't you go to break and lose usually Smoke will pop because outside them screws are sometimes you have trouble even getting them out it's a lot tight you're gonna be in trouble I feel like myself personally I've never had them screws come undone as long as I tighten them down since you're pretty good anything they've always been a nightmare to get out sometimes

When you put in your soft nuts for your dog you always wanna leave at least a couple with of the string gap you don't want them soft nuts touching top and bottom of that knock you want a little gap on the bottom cause your top is always gonna be pushing down the way you draw the bow
