@@tatianarodriguez6607 - Okay, in the State of New York, there is no death penalty, like in say, California or Texas. He got punished on the state level. However, if he does not take a plea deal, which is possible, they could file for the death penalty.

Believe it when the FBI warned us that members of White supremacists are hunting people of color. We must protect our family members and our communities. We are not the only people of color.
