I never did gymnastics or anything so I just did things my own way when I was younger. I always started out on a no hands cartwheel that turned into a backflip. Probably because I never learned correctly. Your last barani that you spend up and did the full 360 was amazing! Great job and I'll subscribe to your awesome channel.

I'm so glad I finally found out what this flip was called!!! I used to do this when my friends and I would play HORSE on the trampoline, and I would always win with this move. I just called it a dragonflip, because as far as I was concerned I invented it haha (Never saw it done as a kid)

What I do was I was launching like a side aerial then in the middle, I turn it into a round off.
Thanks for the tutorial Fraser :) & I've got a request for you GNT ( I guess pretty much everyone in this section says this huh? :D But then again, can you blame us? It's not our fault that you're such a great teacher! ;) ) Anyway my request is- can you take some time out to explain in one of your future videos "how one should regulate one's breathing while kicking or punching or doing any other offensive move?" You've mentioned about it in many of your videos but just in the passing, never going into the details. Trust me, it'll meant a lot. Thank you... :)
