Got my firsr webster after this vid. I made some adjustments tho to the footwork at the beginning. A 1 step with a small hop before the push off the jumping foot. Now im trying to do the walk backwards footwork (loser flip version). Wish me luck!

Tried learning the gainer during quarantine but online school started before I had time to finish but this seems easier to learn

Holy shit dude, almost 1 million subs! Awesome job! I wish I had these videos available 25 years ago when I was a kid, learned and practiced kungfu kicks with my buds instead from the the only book I could find back in Soviet Russia. Fuck I hate so much that I never learned flips and saltos, I'm waaay too fat to start practicing it now IMO.

Sushitoaster you won't. I've landed on my neck twice and I'm still going. Just stay away from hard surfaces and you'll be fine :)

Landing in the squat to prevent knee injury is so so important

Is the landing area when you do the 'webster' is cement or something soft(like the trampoline??...i really need to know this

Maybe you should revisit how to cartwheel, BUT INDOORS. Like using the wall practicing going upside down and to be straight when moving. Also so you can try pointing your toes or whatever those gymnastics moms said in your old ones.

I learned how to do this on a mattress but I don’t have the courage to do it flat

Hey Lucas, when I do my sideflip, I do more of a barrel-roll in the air sorta thing. I'm not sure if I just need to tuck more or what but could you help? And by the way, you should learn how to do a 360 dive roll or whatever its called. Where you go to do a dive roll but twist in the air and go into the roll? Idk, but great vid. I'll probably be trying this one soon 👍🏼
