The trick is actually called a “loser” and In my opinion ten times harder than a regular running Webster, I’ve only landed about 10 really clean ones

there was a step back that you begin to do automatically on day 3 into days for looks confident. almost like a gainer. you jump backwards a bit while flipping front

Still standing webster from height into sand is how I learned mine .Then I saw a rock and did a running webster off of it .After that just do websters everywhere from height to get the feeling of the movement then practice on flat ground .Thats how I learned .Flat ground flipping is harder .
