hes definitely over 100kg most of time then he cuts weight for weight class. in off season? probably lower than that when he gets off the cycle 🤣

Does this signal an evolution in training methods to be at the top? Lesman does not have the traditional leverages, and judging by his physique and warm-up methods, his training entails a greater emphasis on pure power and explosive capacity. Somewhere, Louie is nodding.

No not really. His leverages have always been good for the snatch, especially at this weight. And Colombia's training methods are nothing new or much different from any other top Country. His physique is just great african genetics and some chinese influenced bodybuilding accessory work.

@@cutter7369 Physique doesn't really say too much about drug use in this sport. He looks that way because his training emphasizes a big strict press + muscle snatch and he's taller so he's going to be leaner than the other athletes.
