    I took up Snatch lifting about 2 months ago at age 55. Holy Sheerite this discipline is difficult and complete body. Total respect for this.

    Рост Джураева 182 см,что выше обычных тяжей из 1 тяжёлого веса.Тренировочный вес 114 кг.Рвал 205кг ,толкал 245кг.По уму можно вес не гонять,выступить в супертяжах.Есть примеры-Писаренко128 кг Курдович123-130кг.В , полне может составить конкуренцию Талахадзе.Парень молодой и очень талантливый.Все титулы есть.Надо расти, дальше.Был-же,супер.тяж Султан Рахманов.-олимпийский чемпион и рекордсмен мира.

    I think Juraev might never reach his true potential as a 102. He will still be good, don't get me wrong. But him being 186cm, the cut will definitely hurt him. Really sad to see... 102 seems so light when the next step is super. The only good thing will be that we'll see the 96 and 109 merge and cause some of the best lifters of the last year's to compete against each other. I guess only time will tell...

    can you please do a react video to Ironl00? dudes been lifting for 10+years and has an insane routine of calisthenics as the base for power lifting for the base of strong man. hes coming up on an 800lb deadlift at 40 years old. thanks!
