Asian arowanas maybe beautiful but sadly they’re banned in United States of America and there’s no way American hobbyist can on Asian arowana in their home aquarium, but in Asian countries these fish are completely legal to trade and own and not just legal it’s also really popular. But why Asian arowanas are banned in the United States but not in Asian countries? In this video i’m gonna tell you why.

Singapore don't have any fish.all are imported from Malaysia and Indonesia then label from in Singapore
Thats why i see thier aquarium stores is total bs.all tetra,small fishes etc. Feel sorry for them

They are banned in the US primarily because Asia couldn't keep up with the demand of supplying them to the US. It would take over the business. However I have 2, High back Golden and Super Red, and I live in Jersey. Ask me how?

That’s interesting, so the reason Asian Arowanas are banned in the US despite being an endangered species is because Asia can’t keep up with the demand in the US market. And how did you get the High Back Golden and the Super Red arowana in New Jersey?

@@rtmaquatics you are correct the main reason is because they are endangered and on CITIES appendix 1, however the 2nd reason is in truth Asia does not want to supply Arowana to the US. Because I live in the real Jersey. See if you can work it out lol 😆
