    I can definitely say that the garlic one works really really well. In 2021 my father was diagnosed with a high cholesterol level. Then he started to swallow 2 garlic pieces in the morning after waking up with water & after 1.5 months magically his cholesterol level was back to normal! He didn't do anything other than that also no other changes in his diet!!!

    Bro.. I watched all videos of you and it's very useful and related to daily routine plus it is unbiased, nutral and produce after very deep studies. I think water is major factor for blood pressure. Now a days all people have RO drinking water. But non of the RO water have more than 200 TDS. A human body required 200 to 500 TDS for essential minerals and it is balanced of alcline water as well as acidic water. Because some of acidic water is also required but all RO companies marketing tactics focuses on alkaline water. Because non of those can produce automatically between 200 to 500 TDS of water.     @@anusingh023 भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद (ICMR) के पूर्व वैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर आर गंगा केटकर ने कहा है कि खून के थक्के जमने जैसी परेशानी पैदा करने वाला 'थ्रॉम्बोसिस विथ थ्रोम्बोसाइटोपेनिया सिंड्रोम' (टीटीएस) सिर्फ वैक्सीन लेने के 5 से 30 दिनों के अंदर ही हो सकता है। अब इससे साइडइफेक्ट नहीं होंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि कोविशील्ड वैक्सीन बनाने वाली कंपनी अस्ट्राजेनेका ने ये माना है कि वैक्सीन से बहुत कम लोगों को ही ये परेशानी हो सकती है। डॉक्टर केटकर का कहना है कि वैक्सीन के फायदे, नुकसान से कहीं ज्यादा हैं। उन्होंने ये भी बताया कि जितने ज्यादा लोग वैक्सीन लेंगे, टीटीएस का खतरा उतना ही कम होता जाता है।
