Ideally we used to keep in refrigerator. For best results pudding need to be cooled down, if you can manage with ice cubes in a vessel it will work i think

To caramelize sugar you need to wait for 8-10 minutes. keep on stirring until the sugar dissolves well. add little water if it gets thicker

I tried this recepie but it was'nt successful.caramal made my pudding a very bitter taste😩😩😩
