it's really hard not to love Karlach, she says what everyone is thinking and does everything everyone wants to do because she lives in the world she's always wanted and she doesn't want to let you go no matter what

I would like to think the reason why she doesn't act so terrified it's because she's literally seen it all she's been to Hell literally and she's seen it all so there's nothing you can show her that would terrify her

Karlach really is best girl. Oh my gawd she's a precious treasure that must be protected 😂🤣 grrrrrrr

oh no a dace game i was never any good at those are athere any advice on anything to make the dice rolling easier so i get a good roll 9 out of 10 times

the dice rolls are completly random, there is no way of getting more good rolls (except maybe a mod ?) you can however get better bonus, or get inspiration to roll twice-

the dice rolls themselves are random, but there are ways to stack the deck in your favor -several characters have bless, guidance, or other types of spells or cantrips / abilities that give you a flat or random boost. So if you have someone cast a spell they might give you a +1 - +4 score on your roll. So if you need an 17 and roll a 16, your spell could bump you up by one and save the roll -Your character's build itself can give buffs. If you are rolling a wisdom / whatever check and your stat is nearly maxed out you get a +1 - +3 bonus depending on what it is you're doing. This of course stacks VERY well with the other buffs (my rogue, Astarion, can basically insta-pick anything below a 10 without me even adding buffs becuase he has a +3 from one skill, and +3 from a better version of that skill, plus other buffs and cantrips mean he pretty much never fails a lockpicking check below 20. Even with the Dice maxing out at 20, I rarely fail checks at 30 as well.) -you can F5 and F8 to quick save and quick-reload meaning even if you fuck up the roll you lose nothing

how do you trigger this scene? Ive already done the karlach kiss and rested a few times but nothing happens

Theres a reddit guide on how to get the romance quest to not bug out. Basically, when you get to last light in, talk to jaheira, then karlach. Immediately long rest to get the cutscene with mizora. I usually log rest again to make sure no other scenes are backlogged. Then, talk to everyone at the camp. Return to last light, talk to dammon, upgrade her heart, kiss, talk to karlach again and long rest, this time she should have her notice of dialogue and when you confirm the rest, the cutscene will play

Normally they max out at 4, I think you have more because you're on Explorer difficulty@@kaynnoir

@@Falloutlegos Yea you're right, that campaign was set to explorer. However, on another campaign that is set on balanced I was able to get 15 inspiration slots. I don't how or why, maybe mods? I didn't download anything for that but that's all I can think about.

@@Falloutlegos Its four even on explorer. My first 2 characters are on that difficulty. The third is on Balanced. Any inspiration gained after 4 give more xp.
