That is not music, Hanuman Chalisa is a set of 40 poetic verses dedicated to the devotee of Lord Rama, Hanuman. It was composed by Tulsidas while he was imprisoned by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. When Aurangzeb challenged Tulsidas to show the lord to him, he replied that Rama could only be seen with true devotion. This angered the emperor and he put the poet behind bars.

kingdaleclarke Frank Medrano is a beast, Ronnie Coleman the best Body Builder ever I agree, but Ido has created a movement of people with an interesting philosophy and if you listen to his interviews you'll understand what I mean. It's not about How good Ido is 10000 of gymnasts are much better than him.But the way he mixed martial art, Capoeira , weigtht lifting theater exercises, dance and gymnstic has created a new way to refer to fitness that before it wasn't Here!

@portaldo: how do you think up your moves? I've always thought of incorporating most of them into my daily workouts but have found that I always fall short. Either I do not have the strength required, not coordinated or flexible enough to perform them.
