In Indian Vedic medicine they say that you should not heat honey, also I bought honey at an Italian monastery (monks are great herbalists) and the label said that you should not heat it above 40 celsius. I guess once it's cooled a little it would be fine to stir it in.

Take milk thistle for the allergy problem over a period of two or three years.

This is very interesting. Plant teas are wonderful. Does the rosemary tea target only the bad bacteria in the intestines? Otherwise it would be unnecessary to kill the good ones too. I think this tea should be drank sometimes when you feel that something is wrong with your gut. Parsley, lovage, sage and many more, are wonderful for your health. Thank you for the information.

I've been drinking Stinging Nettle tea for my gut, then I found Bigalow Green Tea with probiotics and ginger. It's the probiotics that people need in their guts. 20 minutes later, no gut pain.

Thank you and I have used Rosemary for all of what you stated with good results. I am watching from Georgia in the USA

US here. Plant that rosemary plant outside in rich soil, good sun light and you will be amazed how large it can get. Mine is about 1 metre tall and i.5 metre in diameter. Tolerates mild winters well. Have one that is 6 years old. Thanks for the recipes

I planted a sprig of italian rosemary in a himalayan village at 1700 meters above sea level....it grew into a monster bush and after almost 20 years later many locals and travelers are still enjoying it 💖
