    Yes.... But this is not health care. There is no food/ingredient that cleans your blood vesels or the liver. There are mechanisms who take care of that. The only way is prevention by not eating certain foods. This video is pushing pseudo science

    I think I understand what you're saying. I just wanted to clarify that I believe science clearly points out that when we eat healthy it supports our amazing bodies to do form the functions they were designed to do. Science clearly demonstrates that exercise can help lower blood pressure, which in return helps a lot of other processes in the body become healthier. So again I just want to clarify that assisting our body and providing it with the nutrients that it needs, helps our amazing body and it's systems to function in an efficient manner. Thanks for your response earlier and I think it's always great to dialogue and share perspectives. I believe that's how we all grow and learn. :) The doctor friend told me one time to take care of your body and it will take care of you. That's why I call that healthcare. There's so much I don't understand about our bodies and it's awesome to keep learning. I do think we have to be careful because there are people out there that make a lot of claims about a lot of things without really understanding the processes. At the end of the day I think we just need to take care of our bodies and eat good whole foods and natural foods as much as possible. It's amazing how our body can take a beating with junk food and still sustain us as well as it does. I change my diet significantly a number of years ago and my whole life has been impacted by how much better I feel and function. I just feel so good to eat fresh and healthy foods.

    @@RelivitMedia your comment is correct. I just wanted to point out that the phrase used in the title of the video is not correct: There is no fruit/ingredient that is able to clean your body. Your body cleans itself. The only thing you can do is to not eat things that potentially harm your body (fast food etc.). That was the only thing I'd like to point out because there are a lot of pseudo scientific claims out there claiming that this and this ingredient or tea cleans you or "detoxes" your body. The most powerful and onky detox mechanism is your liver. The liver is an awesome filter mechanism and is cleaning 2000 l blood per day.

    @@drehherd7394 thank you so much for your perspective and insight. I agree with you. In 2012 my mother died of liver cancer (she was 60 years old). I think I'll always wonder what caused it or how it all happened. During that journey of cancer she had in her liver, we learned so much about the liver and its functions. It's been a number of years but I believe we learned that the liver had over 500 different functions. Seeing her go through all of that, and then passing away very tragically, really challenged me to start to take more seriously my health. I am not implying that she didn't take care of herself; it was just that the long journey she was on helped me to understand how amazing our bodies are and how important they are, and how important it is to eat healthy to support these awesome systems we have inside of us. I'm often interested in what we can do to become healthier. I would say I eat very well but don't get nearly the exercise that I need. Although we did go for a 10 mile bike ride yesterday and I slept much better last night! Thanks again for your insight and response. I love friendly and respectful dialogue.

    Nosotros no tenemos porque Estarnos limpiando nuestros. Organos , lo mejor es no comer Cosas que no Hagan mal . Y lo primero es dejar comidas Rapides que casi todas estan Cocinadas en aceite o grasas saturadas ,.     Всем привет из Йошкар-Олы!!! Свекольный сок обязательно нужно разводить, если выпить такой насыщенный, концентрированный, могут быть проблем с ЖКТ. Могут выходить камни, если они у Вас есть!!! Проконсультируйтесь с доктором, если язва желудка. Во всем должна быть мера! Будем добрей и милосердней, главное не черстветь, избавиться от серых будней!     Awesome ! Liked and subscribed. Best regards from Romania. I wanna say ginger is one of the top 15 nature' wonders (among turmeric, ginseng, ginkgo Biloba, Sea buckthorns, berries, etc) and its very good on boosting the immune system. Very useful in the winter to help fight the flu more easily. I drink rarely tea but every time i make tea, in the last 4-5 years, i add 3-4 slices of ginger in the tea and then eat them. I'm not expecting to live 1000 years but i expect to live more healthily in this life. In my life so far I've got severe flu only 2 times with a fever and that's because i lived at the countryside for 3 years when i was younger and this fortified my immune system by eating only natural food from the countryside.

    It does sound great . Please don't over do it. The oxalate in beet can cause kidney stones. I used to take beets over a long period of times and then I got stones.

    Exactly this thing happens if you overdo something. I have a better recipe but same guidelines must be followed. Apart from all these ingredients, add spinach and gooseberry. That way you can boost vitamin C and Iron content of this drink. Because of miraculous effect of this superfood Gooseberry, huge amount of iron from beetroot, parseley and spinach would be absorbed into your blood. It would be the best thing to add all ingredients in small amount and just drink 100ml daily. If you have made extra, give it to your loved ones. You wont probably need to visit doctor frequently or take any vitamin supplement for life. Take this as medicine for 15 days and leave for 15 days. Thats how it works out. If you consume beetroot juice more than a glass, then it starts coming out through your urine and might affect your kidneys.

    because the fiber of the vegetables gets thrown away as a residue once you filter them for the juice and the juice just comes out in the form of urination but if you eat the veg as a whole then then the whole fiber gets absorbed by the body and it will gv excellent benefit i hv been following this for many times now and i hv had juice also but eating raw gives full benefit. this is just a suggestion

    Для очищения печени нужно убрать углеводы. В основном сладкое и мучное. И спустя время печени полегчает. А если добавить просто что-то полезное, но нагружать и запихивать в неё всевозможные углеводы ----- никаких улучшений не стоит ждать. По себе знаю.

    I enjoyed this because I make many beet recipes. However, I was befuddled that it didn't call for lemon especially being a detox. To improve it I elected for adding lemon (and more water). Mine is delicious.

    @@lorrainefokes3333 I myself have vomited uncontrollably to the point of exhaustion, which can cause heart attack. I have a similar response only worse with cilantro, (leaves). These 2 plants are related. I was nearly hospitalized when I had one bite of a Cuban sandwich the proprietors of a restaurant told me was free of cilantro. They admitted it later. Fortunately I was okay. I won’t die from peppercorn but I get really sick. There are people who have asphyxiated from pepper however. Spices need to be delineated on packaging and in restaurants for safety. Food companies say they won’t list them until they are regulated to do so. When I saw the amount of parsley added to this drink, I had to comment - a lot of parsley is not good for anyone.

    I go to whole foods where they have fresh juices they prepare on the spot and they have some they put together or you can "build your own" and I go close to yours, with Beets, Carrots, Ginger, except instead of apple I do kale and add one lemon. I hear the apple is a good thing to add (the green one), but I'm always afraid they're going to put too many apples and give me mostly "Apple Juice"..lol! (But at home you can control it better).

    @@gabrielort3531 Cool Gabriel ( always liked that name ) I do Kale sometimes, everything really. Another great one for nerves, relaxation and when hot out is celery, it's natural salts in solution that can make your body FEEL like twenty degrees cooler. I used to go to heath food stores and juice bars the old school kind when they weren't as trendy and expensive. I get to Whole Foods only on occasion, and mostly drink water out (no sodas or sugary drinks) so I might just try. Enjoyed your intelligence/ comment and wish you continued health and all the best.

Short, sweet and to the point...and everybody can spell it..for sure...lol! So yes, whole foods fresh juice it's a bit of "a treat" for me, but if I bought the ingredients, it would probably be more money for organic and then they might end up going bad right away in my fridge, so I kind of figure "I break even". So, yes, I've also done Celery only and I enjoy it as well. Anyway...ditto on the good wishes for health, but sounds like you're already doing a lot of the healthier Choices. Take care Pete 🤗!

    @@gabrielort3531Wow, TY and ditto.👍 You are fun to 'chat' with (can't stand that term/superficiality and won't usually go to these lengths on line) and your easy going naturalness comes through even here. You made me chuckle with the summary of my name and I'm similar about veggies/ fridge and that's why I treated myself to a top model juicer. You can only eat so many steamed/cooked veg's. and salads quick enough, so last resort juice 'em before they can go bad. I don't like to waste... especially food. Too bad we aren't neighbors or something so we might spend quality time and staying in touch. This has been an unusually welcome exchange and unexpected pleasure/nicety on KZread for me as well.     This is excellent to build up your immune system by purifying your blood and to detox your body. I drank this 3 to 4 times a day instead of food for one week done wonders for me. I also added a lemon, skin and all. But I used a Juicer instead of a blender.
