    I like to make 3-4 of these and freeze them because it's quite a bit of work. That way, you'll have plenty of quiche portions ready to go. They're perfect to pair with salads! Question why not reheating?

    It should - I haven't tested this particular recipe with it, but usually that gels just as much as gelatin.

    Looks yummy , but ugh cold 🙈 too bad we can’t warm it up lol also too bad spinach tortilla wraps are not allowed on AIP 🥲. Btw I watched your constipation video from your day 5-7 on AIP did you ever get that resolved cuz I’m going through the same thing

    Yeah, I think between the stomach acid support (Betaine HCL), probiotics, and magnesium, everything went back to normal. It was a few years ago, so can't remember exactly, haha, but that's usually my go-to anyway if that ever happens (like while I travel, for example I ALWAYS take those). You can also try eating a bit more fiber to see if that helps as well - and something like a blended veggie soup might digest better. And just know that your body is going through a lot of adjustments right now and it takes a bit for your gut microbiota to catch up...

    @@MicheleSpring thank you so much I will look into getting those and what about canned tuna in water or olive oil is that ok to eat since I noticed it says we are allowed to eat “tuna “? Thanks again !
