Remember to stay consistent with your hair regimen, and you will see great results!

-Practice good vibrations daily (Think about the positive emotions that make you feel good✨)
-Don’t forget to meditate and surround yourself with people who love you and nature.
What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

Minibraids are for me the best protective styles. They're convenient, nice to wear, can do different styles with it (just as with added hair), you have access to most of your length while keeping your hair stretched, you have access to your roots to take care of it, it lasts longer. In every point they are a winning strategy.

Great video! Have you tried using heat like a plastic cap, thermal cap, or steamer, when you are moisturizing and hydrating your hair. Using heat really helps all the moisture and hydration to penetrate deep into the hair shaft and into the cortex. Oh, and I seal with castor oil. For me, when I started using heat (typically a plastic cap and/or a thermal cap), it helps my hair maintain moisture for 7 or more days.

Hey girl hey , Do you not using any leave in condition or butters in your hair ? Also braids I like braids but I mostly stick to twist. I told my self that I’ll do twist for this month and then I’ll do braids (chunky braids) for the next 3 months. Mini braids are good but the take it always been horrible for me. I don’t have as many problems with twist. So I’m going to try medium size braids and see how it goes

Hey girly hope your weekend is good? I used to but sometimes it leaves product overbuild so the past 2 years I just use straight aloe juice and oils and my hair is growing/im retaining length rapidly! Yes the braids stretch the hair more If you detangle thoroughly and smooth the hair with oils then braid it taut, it should help reduce trouble w takedown I would take them down at least ev 2 weeks though Try this for 1 year- you’ll see extreme retention

Hi Chelsea please follow these tips 1.Today take pics of your current hair length 2. When you have time this week thoroughly wash detangle and oil your hair. This way you have a fresh foundation 3. (Hair is damp) Section hair in small to medium braids. Apply growth oil (tea tree, peppermint oil, rosemary, ylang ylang diluted in almond oil or grapeseed oil.) to scalp just this one time. Oil length of hair w avocado oil and place it in a style that you don’t have to touch or remove the braids for 2 weeks. (Most important) Repeat the process very gently. Be extremely gentle when you detangle, shampoo and install and take down your braids. When you wash your hair make sure the shampoo is dilute or make the shampoo yourself Don’t touch your hair for 2weeks at a time for one year. Take pics of your growth every 4months. (Should have 2 inches) Dont apply oils if you are allergic to the ingredients
