Remember to stay consistent with your hair regimen, and you will see great results!
-You are loved by God.
-Love and embrace yourself to the fullest.
-Practice good vibrations daily (Think about the positive emotions that make you feel good✨)
-Don’t forget to meditate and surround yourself with people who love you and nature.
What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

Hello. Thank you for sharing this video. A few weeks ago, I decided to try mini braids for length retention and to prevent tangles during my henna treatments. Since watching this, I have decided to leave my braids, and in my leisure, remoisturize and rebraid. Your videos are going to help with my journey. Thank you.

@@tialynn1111 Braids is better for me. Because it's easier to apply mask, moisturize, or to wash as well. But sometimes, I do cornrows to minimize breakages of the strands. And I specifically do it when i only want to do some special treatments on my scalp for growth. mostly when i focus on growth. I reach my scalp easily without damaging my strands or ends. I do wash my scalp every 2 weeks. And i also take them down carefully without causing any damage. But braids are my favorite 😍 🥰💯 After that 3 months, I'll redo braids🥰

You don’t put that much oil My hair absorbs most of it this is why I have to apply it every other day Just a small amount will do Or you can use a leave in aloe based conditioner and leave it in your hair for 1 week. Then there will be no need to apply oils as often

Hi love💕 my dad and mom do have thick hair so I believe that is genetics. However I do know there are ways to wake up dormant follicles by consistently using Rosemary oil, ylang ylang And/or Rosemary tea & massaging scalp. But I do not think it’s possible to grow new follicles = more strands on scalp. You can only revive the follicles that are on your scalp.
