What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

Thank you for this simple recipe with actual results, not lies and misinformation. As a side note, you have a great speaking voice that made it easy to listen, no loud background music and other distractions. Your voice was actually soothing (if that makes sense). Thanks again.

It can, but it will just not blend as well For it to work you really have to ensure the temperatures of both the water and oils phases are the same. Then slowly slowly pour the aloe in the oil WHILE blending It’s ok it is separates a little, but the wax really helps to bind it all together

I cannot go without aloe vera gel. Even if the gel is a bit thin you can thicken with guar or xanthan gum and I add a preservative or freeze.

@@tialynn1111 mixed with oil for pre-poo and as a leave-in/moisturiser/styler all in one. My hair is type 3, lo-po, thin and fine. So I have to keep things light. I also dilute my sulphate shampoo with aloe vera, at least 1:1. I wash my hair every 3/4 days so it's never very dirty or has much build-up cos I don't coat my hair with more than one thing and a tiny amount of oil. I am very sweaty on my head so I prefer frequent mild washing. I am from Cape Town South Africa. A few years ago we had a drought and water restriction and almost every house planted drought resistant gardens, iow aloe of all sorts. So there's no shortage of aloe vera. It grows on the sidewalks and if you ask, people will gladly give you as much as you want cos it needs to be thinned out ever so often. We don't have aloe vera in our garden. We have about 16 soap aloe plants (makes a good shampoo,) but there's enough aloe bera g rowing on sidewalks near me.

Hi Barbara! As a substitute? It won’t be a replacement, but you can certainly add this to the mix. The emulsifying wax helps with the binding of the oils and water Only thing is the final product may experience separation
