What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

    *Disclaimer If you have hair loss from a severe chemical burn or alopecia traction from constant tension on the hairline your hair may not grow back. Also your health must be in a good state, meaning: Hairstyles should not cause stress to the scalp as this will pull out the hair. No smoking No drinking No medications that could affect hair growth Diet should be good Water intake should be good Stress levels should be good (low stress) Everyone’s results may vary. This result was for a person who takes no medications, doesn’t drink and does not do any drugs. As a MountainRose Herbs Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. I identify with your client. I suffer from alopecia (stress related) as well as poor scalp and hair care. I did grow back my receding hairline but stress made it fall out once again. I am now past shoulders, hair touches my bra strap in back and my sides are on my shoulders…. Still battling and fighting for my follicle stimulating growth and I’m getting there. Your vlogs have really give tuned vibes n fine detail for growth! Thank you ❤

    Thank you, Yes this this should be an ok substitute, as, Sunflower oil is made up of high levels of Vitamin E, which is needed for healthy hair growth; and Oleic acid, also essential for hair growth. I would not sub the avocado, Argan or the rest of the ingredients though. Thanks for watching 💕

    Thank you! Essential oils can be strong on the hair unless diluted. It will not harm the hair if properly diluted, so this mix is ok. However, this is a scalp focused mix as the purpose is to help grow the hair back and stimulate the follicles. Have a blessed Christmas/Holidays💕

    Hi 👋🏾 It’s meant for the scalp due to the potency of the rosemary oil. However, it is diluted and it is perfectly ok to add to ends. However, for this oil, since it is a growth oil, the focus really is on the scalp. 💕

  • @tialynn1111

    @tialynn1111

    You can use it more than twice a week, just explaining what was done here. It is completely harmless. However, I say only scalp because this oil is moreso focused for hair growth. Using on the hair is fine as it is diluted w carrier oils, but keep mind that is not the focal point. The scalp is the focus here.

    What are your thoughts on doing a big chop after heat damage and the hair has excessive shedding as a result....

  • @tialynn1111

    @tialynn1111

    7 ай бұрын

    Depending on how extensive the damage is, I’d evaluate and go from there. You don’t necessarily have to do a big chop, but personally, I would remove all damaged hair, as I would feel that the body will naturally remove it over time (shedding) I’d then focus on nursing my hair back to its optimal health, then move on from there
