    I’ve been on the blood type B diet for 4 years now. Very strict. Also gave up toxic foods. Only eat real food. The only thing I eat that has toxin in it, is plain dark chocolate and I guess a little bread. My breakfast consists of feta cheese, goats cheese, 3 eggs, a cucumber and honey cone. Lunch is a toasted cheese sandwich, with Mozzarella, feta, hallumi etc. Dinner is lamb, rice and salad. Only drink water, tea and homemade freshly squeezed orange juice. And beneficial fruits for snacks. Nuts during winter. I came across the diet by testing my own body and elimination of different diets. I figured in the end, that different people from different parts of the world, who benefit from different foods, must have some kind of difference. So I bought a blood test kit and once I found my blood type, I searched for the blood type diet. Before this, I tried many different types of diets. I’m not overweight, never have been. I did however, give up my GP over 12 years ago. So the motivation for a healthy long life is greater, than anyone else, who can easily rely on a doctor to drug them up, to temporarily help them. Especially in UK, where I am. Now, after trying many many many diets, one thing that kept bugging me, was my stools. It’s only after I started the blood type diet, is when my stools became perfect. No mess, very little smell, don’t release much gas etc. The less waste and clean waste you have, the better your body performs overall. Your body works less to get rid of it, and when you are eating beneficial food, it has more use for it around your body. I’m not losing any muscle, like I normally do, when I stop exercising. As I said though, it’s not just following the blood type diet, you have to also give up toxic food and drinks. That’s probably the hardest part for 99.999% of people. When I feel like my body has caught a virus, I can tell immediately from my stool. Wet wipes come out. Never lasts long. Maybe max 2 days. Also, if I eat an avoid food, I can tell the next day in my stool. Wet wipes come out. Talk to anyone about this, and you’re one sentence away from being called a conspiracy theorist. Doctors laugh at it. My wife is a health adviser for a big company. She refuses to acknowledge the blood type diet. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I’ve been on the Blood Type diet for a couple of months and feel great... I’m sleeping much better, my weight has dropped a little and my stomach is not upset like it used to be from time to time... I am B+, this video helped me by answering questions as to why I shouldn’t eat certain foods and the side effects that can occur if I do... The charts you posted listing all of the different foods weren’t visible long enough so you could take a good look at it... Otherwise the video is quite helpful..

    I’m a B blood type and have sensitivities to dairy, lamb/goat, seafood, eggs, honey, spice, fructose, fermented food, liquorice as well as many ideal foods on this list. They are the the ultimate diet food as my body expels them quickly and painfully.

    Very interesting, I’ve heard about avoiding chicken many times now. I’ve always felt great after eating lamb too! Sad about the peanuts though, I love peanut butter 😢 and we use almost avocado oil exclusively for cooking. This will be tough. But thanks for the great info!

    Sunflower oil makes the list of neutral oils on the list but you said in your comment to avoid it. Which should we go for?

    While doing the video, I did notice sunflower oil listed under neutral and theory has it mentioned as one of the oils to be avoided. I kept wondering if it’s a typo in the book. I looked for other facts for clarity, didn’t find any. I decided to treat it as an oil to avoid.

    Tofu mayo is creamy, tangy and silky condiment made with tofu it is in the avoid list. Mayonnaise is a neutral condiment

    Question your list said to avoid bitter melon but I have diabetes. And was told that bitter helps with sugar control should I still stop?

    Thanks for watching. According to blood type principal, bitter melon is an avoid food for blood type B. I am sure there are few more foods that help control sugar. In Indian hospitals, they give okra juice with lime juice squeezed, drink it first thing in the morning. It’s one of the effective ways to control sugar. Do your research on this

    In following your key I see that three stars indicates a decrease in microbiome diversity, encouraging imbalance... yet when I look at the Highly Beneficial category, for example, and I see that there are three stars next to Goat, Lamb, and Mutton. Can you explain this please?

    The three stars have to be next to each other. If you see two stars next to each other and a star below it, it means, it is key two and one star with two characteristic

    All types of vinegar have a neutral effect. Blood type B can handle just about every condiment except ketchup. Take antioxidant rich Apple cider vinegar in moderation, if you observe any discomfort, stop it’s use. One size does not fit all.

    Thanks for watching. Blood Type ‘B’ should avoid olives because their mould can disrupt your micro biome and trigger allergic reactions. Olive oil itself does not typically mold

    They are different varieties of salmon. Highly beneficial are Salmon Atlantic (wild), Salmon Chinook, Salmon, Sockeye. Under AVOID list it’s Salmon roe, Salmon, smoked (lox)

    There are other reasons why people should avoid certain food. If you know you cannot digest meat, you have to avoid it, even if you find it in the highly beneficial list. You are doing the right thing by switching to vegetarian food. Thanks for watching the video
