BLOOD TYPE DIET AND HAIR HEALTH WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
You know, I didn't give it any credence for the first eight years of my career.
I find that there are very specific things that people shouldn't be eating.
Whey protein, for example, for A, blood types B blood types shouldn't be eating chicken.
So I have a lot of these people who are from India or they're from Southeast Asia.
They're coming in from the tech industry, especially in Phoenix.
They don't eat red meat, so they eat chicken.
I mean, there have been at least five times that.
The only thing that I changed if we treated them for an extended period of time, we used Knoxville Finasteride.
They're young men.
They should be responding really, really easily.
And they're not.
And the only thing I changed was eliminating chicken from their diet, which sounds ludicrous.
If I was watching this, I'd be like, well, you're saying this doesn't make any sense, but I.

    Chicken is high in omega 6 fats. To bring down inflammation in the body, omega 6 fat needs to be reduced. I don’t think blood type matters

    Chicken contains agglutinins, essentially like Lectins you find in plants that causes blood cells to stick together (agglutinate) leading to micro clots and potentially strokes and other problems. But in chicken they have a specificity to blood types B and AB, and are said in the BTD circles to block the factor that creates type B blood. I've also heard from other B blood type folk that their blood pressure came down after removing chicken. So really can affect them especially. Your blood cells are like key locks and the food's Lectin is like the key. Either it will fit, or it won't. Just so happens the chicken key fits type B and also AB's key lock. Thus why the word Lectin comes from the Latin word "Legere," which means "to select" or "to choose" to describe proteins that can selectively bind to specific carbohydrates. It was coined by William Boyd in 1954. In this case however, for binding to specific carbohydrates that happen to be apart of our blood cells." You can however have just a plain food sensitivity or allergy to them that affects you on more of a genetic level. I don't have type B or AB blood, i'm an O+, yet my food sensitivity test (not through blood but a Bionetics hair analysis) detected my system is sensitive to chicken. Indeed, if i eat chicken, i get stomach aches.

    If you're a vegan and looking to improve your health, you need to be extremely picky and careful with what you eat. On a vegan diet it is extremely difficult to get certain vitamins and minerals that are prominent in animal based foods. Here's a list of what to watch out for: -omega 3 fatty acids. Found in algae, hemp seed, chia seeds, flaxseeds. Are needed to reduce omega 6 induced inflammation. -calcium. Strong bones. Found in sesame seeds, almonds, leafy greens, soy - you need to supplement B vitamins, especially B12, because there is too little of B12 in plant food. -iron: buckwheat, soy, lentils, beans, cashews, broccoli -also definitely supplement vegan vitamin D3 -vitamin E for hair -zinc for hair Do your own reaserch and be very careful

    Hii I am 16 and suffering from seborrhoeic dermatitis since birth changes many dermatologist and even tried ayurvedic treatment but It happen just i stop taking medication,so is there any suggestions for me plzzzzzz

    @@vaishnavidobhal if possible try satvik movement diet. It helped me a little to heal from this issue but it takes long time may be a month or two
