I never knew about this if not now. Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi have industrial layouts. Our biggest asset in Anambra is human capital. What makes a society is the quality of its people. To sustain this development we need constant electricity.

It means Awka City growth and development are sustainable. Most cities both home and here in the Western countries are retrogressing because of lack of companies and jobs. The first thing that attracts people (essentially the teaming population of job seekers) to a city is job. So I advise the government to bring more companies into Awka city to march the rapid population growth of Awka city.

For me the Orumba industrial layout proposed by Soludo is not a bad idea. The Onitsha layout is full, so people are building their industries in Ogbunike and Awka. Awka and Ogbunike are mini layouts, and they will be soon full. Now Mgbakwu and Orumba are new proposed layouts for future use. If goverment failed to map those areas now for industries our people will build their mansions and markets there. Onitsha and Awka industrial layout were mapped out by Peter Obi. Then Ogbunike and Mgbakwu were Obiano's idea, now through Soludo Orumba is upcoming which is a welcome idea to me,. Government can create industrial layout but he cannot force the industrialists to establish their companies where they dont like so it is left for the individual to choose from any of those layouts.
