Summary:
1. Sugar: This is a reason it is on top of our list. Sugar is the biggest aging contributing to food. It interferes with collagen and elastin, which are your skin's favorite proteins. When sugar is broken down, it binds to collagen. This binding to collagen can cause wrinkles and sagging of the skin.
2. Energy Drinks: Energy drinks are loaded with refined sugars, acids, and other harmful chemicals. They can damage your teeth, and your smile will never be the same again, making you look older.
3. Deep-Fried Foods: Cooking foods at high temperatures increases inflammatory compounds known as "advanced glycation end products" or AGEs. And yes, AGEs do indeed age you.
4. Processed Meats: Processed meats like salami, bacon, and sausages have become an integral part of the daily diet. But they can really speed up the aging process.
5. Fast Foods: Your much loved fast foods like pizza, hamburgers and french fries, don’t do you any favors in the aging department.
6. Vegetable Oils: Vegetable oils like canola and soybean, are highly processed and can lead to damaged cell membranes. This fastens ageing process and leaves you with an increased risk of heart disease.
7. Alcohol: Alcohol affects the functioning of your liver the body's number-one detoxifying organ. When the liver is damaged or slowed in its ability to function well and flush toxins from your system, the effects like acne, wrinkles and sallowness are visible on your skin.

    I have hyperthyroidism and I can't eat mostnof this stuff. Now that I am on a diet I realize that I've been missing on so many foods. There are so many things that can replace sugar, so many non-dairy items that have fooled dairy consumers to believe that it is the real stuff. I love the diet that I am in. I have downloaded apps to help me come up with new dishes. 😊😋

    I drink 6 liters a day but now I know that too much water in our body is bad , starting from now I drink 3 liters a day and Im happy for doing that 😊

    I don’t understand why people worry about having old- looking skin. If you are old, then just be happy with your skin. The important thing is you are happy and healthy. Live a stress- free life , eat everything in moderation, smile, exercise and sleep well. Your happiness will radiate into your skin and face, making you look younger.

    I feel like some things are untrue to some parts of the world. For many asians big part of their diet is rice, for others is also spicy food...I understand the sugar, overly processed and fried food...but I think it depends where you live in the world. This video is very americentric!

    If you wanted to be younger for long periods of time you must eat fresh fruits, green veggies, whole grains,egg,fish,meat,salad, drink 4 litres of water a day and regular exercise kept you fit and healthy 😊😊

    Spicy =/= Spice. Turmeric, for example isn't "Spicy", but it is a spice. It is also quite great for reducing inflammation(i.e, will help you age better).

    That's right if you say brush after eating dried fruits but it's not gonna make you older. It makes you more beautiful & younger if you eat dried fruits specially almond, cashew, pista, walnuts and cashews !

    The inherent properties of the fruit are not removed but the dehydration process can increase the sugar content. Sugar is a carbohydrate or a hydrated carbon if you will. Remove the water or the hydration and all you will be left with is the carb. And we all know about carbs...your body doesn’t even need to ingest carbs it can make them on its own through gluconeogenesis...we mainly only eat carbs to feed our brain but the brain can also function very well on ketones. N.B. I am promoting the keto diet, I am not a doctor: check with your doctor before attempting any change in dietary regime.

    I have one or two naughty days in a week,eat what I like,rest I eat very carefully, lost lots of weight, my joints pains r reduced, What I found strange is in my naughty days I am desiring less and less of bad staff now.
