As per Ayurveda, it is a disease of cooked food which means when the food is overcooked it loses its nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

1. Dairy products- 03:32
The first on the list is dairy products. All dairy products which are milk, curd, paneer, milk cream, sweets, khoya( mawa), pastries, cakes, and other food items that include dairy products should be avoided. Have light food & anti-inflammatory diet which will automatically promote healthy functioning of the body.
2. Pulses- 04:52
The second is pulses. The pulses are abundantly rich in proteins.
Also, consumption of the proteins increases the Vata Dosha and hence aggravates the symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis.
3. Processed and refined food- 06:22
Processed food contains toxic substances which are harmful to the body. For example, if we keep fresh food outside the refrigerator we will observe that it will begin to rot whereas processed food products have the tendency to stay in the same way. Now imagine the number of chemicals that are used in the production of these food articles.
4. Non-vegetarian diet- 08:07
Animal food must be avoided at all costs. Talking about eggs, we are all aware of the fact that poultry farms use various chemical injections for more production of eggs. The consumption of which leads to hormonal imbalance.
The consumption of a non-vegetarian diet increases the chances to get infected with viral infections because the animals are loaded with viruses.
5. Wheat ( Gluten)- 11:03
Surprisingly, wheat comes in the fifth position and it is considered the worst food for rheumatoid arthritis. It is advised people who are diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and other auto-immune disorders should quit wheat-based products. The nature of wheat is sticky and it sticks to the intestinal pores.
If you avoid all these 5 food articles from your diet, it will help the body to heal and manage Rheumatoid arthritis. Make sure to quit eating these five things for a rheumatoid arthritis cure.
