5 Foods for Rheumatoid Arthritis
1. Cereal 03:45
The first RA food that one should take is Bajra, Jau, Ragi Flour, Kodra, brown rice, red rice, and black rice. These are very rich in fiber that helps to clean our intestines. They are very much loaded with vitamins and minerals that provide strength to our bodies.
2. Ghee or oil 05:00
Desi ghee is the best food for Rheumatoid Arthritis as it is easy to digest and is equally capable to balance Vata Dosha.
To cook the meals one should use sesame oil, flaxseed oil, mustard oil, or olive oil. But the consumption of it should be done in a minimum quantity.
3. Warm soups 08:20
Make soups of various vegetables like tomato, pumpkin, sponge gourd, or any other as per your region's availability. Avoid market-based soups and make these soups freshly by yourself. The warm nature will help to provide relief by reducing the pain.
4. Sprouts 09:40
Do not take sprouts of pulses. You can take fenugreek sprouts, and alfalfa seeds sprouts or you may develop sprouts of carrot, radish, or onion seeds in your meals.
They will fulfill the deficiency of any vitamins or nutrients in your body that makes it a good diet for Arthritis.
5. Fruits 11:10
Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis can consume almost all fruits except those which are cold in nature like Watermelon or sugarcane juice.
Fruits are a complete source of energy as they contain multivitamins that help to heal and also reduce the chances of weakness or low sugar levels.
