Please undestand, I am adding these points so that no one else land into the same horrible problems that I did. We are already suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis, which itself is a serious problem, so no point of getting more health problems in our lives. This diet will definitely help, one will see the positive results within weeks if followed, tough part is to continue this diet! One has to reintroduce safe food options slowly.

Rheumatologist just gives steroids. It worsens the condition.There's no other medicine in allopathy. This has been told by a doctor in Apollo hospital itself. So whatever she has told its absolutely true. I'm having it since 4 yrs. Now I'm on ayurveda and almost cured 95%... Still under medication and diet... Thanks to our Ayurveda.. 🙏🙏💐💐

Thanks for the video, main bhi naturopathy karke RA negative ho gayi thi psr 3 month ke baad regular diet lete hue 1 year hua toh pain swelling aane lagi diet plays a very important role in this disease so please keep that in mind before jumping on tasty food items. Fruits and vegetables, exercise, pranayam are the best to handle this.

Thanks for this information really beneficial Why this lady is asking for regular diet..if body is not allowing to live a normal life so why can't we go for change in eating habits...she is saying clearly that this is a non treatable disease...so we should avoid eating toxic food which r not helpful for the growth of our body,..saari umar khaya ab body ko suit nahi ker raha to chodo...i am already suffering from uric acid and don't eat toxic food which r suggested by doctors... it's better to quit unless to get bed ridden

Uric acid cure. PH of Your body is too acidic you need to alkalize it by either using lemon water or 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar in 1 liter of water. Drink it throughout the day. Make sure to rinse your mouth after drinking acidic water to save your teeth. No sugar, no carbs and no sweet fruits including dry fruits

Most fruits are high in sugar and carbs. These can aggravate inflammation and should be totally eliminated. Except for few berries. Limited Proteins and a generous amount of good fats keeps you satiated for a long time.

My anti Ccp, ECR, RA everything comes -ve in reports, bt still all symptoms are of rheumatoid arthritis. So much pain in my knees , hands and other joints. Bahut sari medication leke dekhi. Bt no use. M so depressed, smjh nhi a rha k yeh kya ho rha hai. M only 33 years old, I was 29 years old jb yeh problem start Hui thi. Sara din stress mein rehti hu, neend bhi ache se nhi aati

@@ruchirakapur9491 intermittent fast, it is 16 hours fasting. You should eat early dinner by seven and eat second day 11 am. You can have black coffee or black tea without sugar between that time. There are so many videos available about intermittent fasting on KZread. In the beginning you can start from 14 hours and extend slowly slowly.

Yes! It is possible. Aap ka weight kitna h? Kya aap ek chart maintain kar sakte h apne diet ka? For example, aap ne aj egg whites(just example) liya breakfast mein and check kiya k pure din mein aap ka dard return kiya yah nahi. Aise... Par iske liye pehle 70-80% pain-free hona padhega.
I'm sorry to say but whatever she is saying is not right.. our body is a self healer.. whatever your body is asking you to eat or do just listen to it.. Food is life..yeah eating fruits is good as it is a live food but rice,pulses and roti is also essential as they are energy giving food, yogurt is probiotic which is good for your body..if you will stop eating all what she is saying you may get deficiencies and other diseases will attack your body.. just be happy, think positive, pray, believe in one God.. love yourself and you'll get rid of all the diseases.. I Shared my own experience. I don't know I m right or wrong but yes today I don't have such pains in my joints. Body ko natural diet chahiye pure organic. If we take processed food it definitely make our body weak . Saatvik khana he body ko healthy banata hai aur tumko jo khana hai khao Kisne roka hai . Follow krna ya na krna sabki apni marzi hoti hai.
