Ingredients:-
Veggies
All vegetable needs to be chopped long and thin,
Pls check the images of the ingredients for reference.
Carrot - 3 no.S
Raw banana - 1 no.S
Long beans - 100 gms
French beans - 100 gms
Cluster beans/ kottamara- 50 gms
Drumsticks- 3 no.S
Ivy guord / kovakkai - 100 gms
Yam - 150 gms
Potato - 1 big
Tomato - 2
Small
Onion - 1 big
You can add any other veggies that do not overpower the taste like ash gourd, yellow cucumber.
For the coconut spice paste:-
1) coconut - 1 full grated
2) green chillies - 5-6 spicy ones
3) curry leaves - 3-4 stalks
4) jeera- 1 pinch
For shallot paste
1) shallots - 20-25 cloves
2) coconut oil - 2-3 tablespoon
3) Curd - 1 cup
Masalas
1) red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
2) turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
3) salt - as per taste
