Way too underrated. Not only is their music phenomenal, but their stage presence is out of this world. Seen them 4 times live, never disappointed. They even impressed someone that is not into their genre.

Ready For The Ride

I wish all music videos were like this. This video has a plot and helps give an illustration of the song. 99% of music videos now are just a live performance synced to a recording. Music videos are sadly a lost art. But it all boils down to money. But hey if Avatar, a band that is on indie label (I believe they are) can do it, then so can other rock and metal bands

Personally, I think if their "budget" only allows them to make a video of a live performance synced with music there is no point in making it at all and should save it to make a meaningful video because if we wanted to see them perform, it's just so much better live!

So basically what this video is about shame and guilt You look around and watch all the suffering and while searching for someone or something to blame, you end up in front of the mirror. Everything you touch, you break. Everyone you try to save you hurt and push further away. It is a sad reality of being alive, the fact that the closer you get, the more pain you risk inflicting. You try to stay in the light, spread your wings and aim for the sun. But your eyes and hands are covered in blood and you hit the ground, dragging everything that matters with you.

I've listened to this song at least 100 times in the past year and I still get chills during every pre-chorus and every Johannes' scream. And the "blood is on your hands" choral round (if you will) gets me too. That riff is so good, and the song is fairly simple in its structure but the lyrics and the deftly composed music give it such heft and impact. Just an incredible song.

Avatar are truly an amazing band. The songs they write and the music videos they (along with Johan) create are simply beautiful.

In my opinion, this band Avatar just created a new Genre of Metal and they deserve to be recognized... No other band makes similar music to this

Listen to the Black Waltz album. It is brilliant! Seen them "3" times. When I saw them last, they started playing an hour earlier than planned, due to the management at concert, so I only got to see 3 songs. Talked to them after the concert the last two times I saw them, and they seem like fun and decent guys, even tho the vocalist could give small kids nightmares for the rest of their lives

First time i heard this song, which is the first one i ever heard. The song stayed in my head for weeks. Its still fresh in my mind. Honestly i dont think this is a song i will forget.

I love this band so much, my mom has always been into heavy metal and she really got me into this band when I was 8, it’s so unique, every song and album has a different genre, message, and just overall sound. I too clicked on this video due to the crow-like appearance of the make-up. And I have to say it is a personal favorite now. I found this song about two days ago. Zabigetsu That song gives me mixed emotions. I have to 8e in the right mood for it, and if I'm not and I listen to it anyway I get the chills and it fucks around with my mind. 8ut if I am in the mood for it, then I find it somewhat comforting and it takes me to the dark corners of my mind. It's weird.

This song is totally epic, especially live with the flourishes that they add to it, like the hair swirling and Johannes' massive stage presence. I am new to Avatar, but I am now a huge fan after seeing them live.

This song is so underrated and my favourite part is when the dude starts sing “come bloody angel break of your chains” this song is so good keep up the howly work! This song reminded me of the years of the pirates. I’m am a very big fan of pirates! I love this soooooooo much! It gives me a feeling I never felt before

They were in my town maker night . I didn’t hear of them till now . Two girls dressed like clowns came into my store to use the restroom lol . They were both shivering and I thought ICP as first due to the full clown makeup. Now I know it’s this band. They ain’t bad . I kind of like it 😊
