Tourists crowding only on three cities ( Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto ) creates a problem of overtourism. Kyoto is beautiful but other cities like Sapporo, Fukuoka are way less crowded and can give a quite pleasant experience.

My apologies if berberine is not something you would be interested in. For me, it was similar to taking Vitamin C, but after more research, I believe it's best not to take a lot of it, so I understand if you don't like the idea. May your 2024 be a healthy and prosperous year.
