A few years ago, my wife brought me to Kinosaki during my first trip to Japan. At that time, I haven't traveled internationally for more than 10 years. Seeing Japan for the first time shocked me and left me happily speechless. Kinosaki was one of the most memorable spots for me, for the town was so beautiful and serene, the people so friendly and sweet, and the onsens so relaxing and heartwarming. Maybe because I'm like you. Whenever I go somewhere, I see all these exquisite delicacies and amazing dishes. I watch. I wonder what to eat. And then, I order plain rice, bread with butter or an egg.
