Where's the Ryokan side? It's just a traditional street atmosphere, and the inn is completely modern apart from the entrance gate. No tatami, no futon... It's all modern. The staff don't even wear kimonos; they're work uniforms.

What was the cost for the room? Could you leave pricing in Euro, Dollars, yen, etc.

This might be the best place I've seen on any of the Japanese tourism videos. All the staff were so friendly and professional too which made it even better.

@@emulan6407 I dont know about that, seems more this is a highly professional hotel. Which has a very high level of customer service. That is something you get if you had some money and didn't stay at cheapo places. If you want to say faking it for the job is faking it, sure ok. But the attention to detail is what makes this clear it is the service you get.

I wish a lot of hotels would focus on quality over quantity. Like 23 rooms the quality and atmosphere is so relaxing.

there is actually a hotel like that in mororcco called royal mansour, it has 50 or so Riads, a Riad is like a two story or more house with the middle of it being totaly open from the roof to the ground floor, creating a spacious courtyard, look it up it's EXTREMLY GORGEOUS, but extremly pricy to not get fully booked.

This was definitely wow - it was like the Tardis, enter through this small doorway, yet there's an entire street inside!

Really cute nails. Like green tea and cherry blossoms! And the entrance of the ryokan is very nice, very understated and calming. The street feels very soothing in daylight, but at night with the wind, it's downright eerie. Perfect for Halloween and ghost stories.

今回も、旅館に泊まっている気分で視聴しました。 築１１０年の町家をリノベーションして、旅館にしたのですか。良い発想ですね。 外観は、当時のままの伝統建築ですが、中に入るとカードキーや自動給湯装置、テレビなどの現代設備が揃っているという、新旧一体の建物ですね。 また、内装には床などに木が使われており、和の雰囲気が味わえる落ち着いた感じになっているのも、特徴ですね。 つまり、この旅館は京都伝統の町家にいる雰囲気、心が落ち着くような和の雰囲気、そして最新の旅館（ホテル）とは引けを取らない最新設備がそろっているといった、「一石三鳥」の旅館といっても良いでしょう。 その他、部屋以外では食事に和牛コースがあるなど、食事やサービスも良かったと思います。 京都をはじめ、日本各地には和式・西洋式を問わず多くの伝統建築があります。しかし、それを今後どのように保存していくのか、またどのように活用していくのかなど、課題になっている建築物も少なくないと思います。 その解決方法の一つに、この旅館のように伝統建築の外観はそのまま残しつつ、内装や設備を現代に合うようにリノベーションしていくのがあります。 「古き良き伝統はいつまでも残し、現代のものを取り入れ新しいことを構築する」 この旅館は、時代の最先端を行っている（というより、本来の世の中のあり方を実行している）と言っても、過言ではないと思います。 それにしても、この動画を見ると一度はこの旅館に泊まってみたくなりました（笑）😃。

What a fascinating place Japan is. It's like a different planet altogether. Here in America, they pile your food onto a plate enough to feed a horse. In Japan, they bring out delicate amounts one after the other and make the meal an entire experience. There is no justice in this life if I never make it to the beautiful country of Japan.

19:54 en Argentina se usa el asado, como el más común, después lomo, bife ancho, angosto, falda, etc, dentro de lo que es carne vacuna. Después hay pollo. Dentro de lo que son los tipos de cortes, tanto carne como pollo, también hay milanesas. Además de carne vacuna, pollo, hay cerdo. Lo que me gusta es el solomillo de cerdo, también un poco de carne vacuna y pollo. Varío, a veces vacuna, a veces pollo, y si consigo, el solomillo de cerdo. Saludos desde Buenos Aires, Argentina. Pd: de hecho en mi canal, tengo material de Oita, Kioto y otras ciudades de Japón. Hermoso su país 🥰
