****The bodies were delivered in their pajamas. Guys, think of that! If you have kids, just think how much that stings. Like, I just can’t. I’m a 53yo father of a 4yo boy and a 7yo girl and if I’m away from them for more than a day, I get so sad. Can’t imagine being without them and i love them beyond measure. To think of what Chris did to them TWICE and to think they MAY have been alive when thrown in the tankers, then breathed in oil/drowned…..I just can’t. I literally want to physically hurt that man.

⁠it’s such a hard adjustment! My eldest two have been on their own for 15 years & live in a different state. I get to see them & my grands once a year bc of the distance. All we can do is cherish every day!

Thank you for giving us a moment to sit with the knowledge that Bella tried to fight back. I won't say it's comforting to know, it's still a horrific implication, but it's somehow satisfying to know that the monster that took her life had to struggle to do the deed, even just a little. I sincerely hope Shan'ann, Bella, Cece and Nico have reunited and are resting peacefully together now.

My friend had his hand degloved at work and it legit took everything down to the skeleton and tendons - he showed me the picture he took and it was a literal skeleton hand on the end of his arm.

It’s said that Celeste had brain damage from when CW tried to smother them the first time in their beds. Said she walked around in a daze and falling etc and Bella had “obvious trauma” bruised around her eyes etc .. the monster said he killed them “twice” but they woke up the first time and he was “so mad that they came back alive the first time so he had to deal with them as he was cleaning up Shananns murder scene”

Yes he did talk to them and still killed them. They asked him things well Bella that is: she even said “daddy mommy smells” I forgot what he said to her. But body fluids came out and it’s a horrible smell. That’s what is on the step on the stairway at the house that he had to clean up. He said they talked to each other and slept some in that hour ride. What I would like to know is what was the dark stuff on the sheet off there bed . Maybe it came out of her mouth 🤷‍♀️ idk. But he’s so sick I think he had help he could not dig 4 feet in the ground and do the girls too. In my heart I will always feel like he had help.

I'm curious to know what state of decomp she was in as it related to this "smell." I've heard of people vacating when they die, but isn't that immediate, so another words, it would have happened and one would think, he'd clean her off before the long car ride OR the small came from another part of the decomp process, that I believe comes a little later. The reason for me pointing this out is that IMO it lends itself to believe there is a fault in his entire timeline. I don't know......? Also was the smell from what they call a "coffin death"? in which case he would have scene his son, which is a chilling thought.

This has got to be one of the worst murder cases in history! A real tragedy from beginning to end. Heartbreaking for so many family members & friends. Heartbreaking! I hope that “he” has to relive it every day for the rest of his worthless life! And, I hope he lives a very long life!

As a father it infuriates me when these type of monsters steal the lives of such precious souls. And yet the media and the courts continue to recognize and address them as a father and or mother. Imo they are not and should not be recognized as a parent. A parent could not nor would not even consider hurting their child, children in any way. I pray that those beautiful babies final thoughts were of their mother's love for them. And not of the cowardly evil acts of a monster.

Heartbreaking to hear

I disagree with saying the case has almost no lingering questions or elusive suspects. There are so many questions still regarding Nichole Kessinger and her involvement. She is definitely an elusive suspect that should have been investigated further. I believe, like so many others, that she was involved in one way or another.

I disagree with your interpretation of the Tardieu spots on Bella’s scalp. They are usually seen when there is increased pressure on the cranium (i.e. increased blood flow when someone is in upside-down position for a period of time, and will show up usually within 2 hours of death), so I don’t think it’s insignificant. Also, there was only 4 inches of “oil” material in the bottom of each tank. This has led many experts to believe neither child could have been “stuffed” into such tiny holes in top of tank without extensive (or at least positive) injuries to the cranium or face (Bella was found face-down in the tank bottom). There was 4 inches of thick gunk after they sucked out all the other gallons of oil that was in the tanks. Bella's tank didnt have as much oil in it as CeCes. The girls little tiny bodies were submerged in lots of crude oil for over a 3 day period, which I believe was enough time for the oil to soak into their deceased bodies and start affecting the decomposition process. What I find odd is there is no mention of toxicology being done on the girls' blood.

Allegedly CW has pictures of his children in his cell. I personally think that pictures of his children on his cell walls should be their autopsy photos. He should have to face daily what he did to those girls. I know it's morbid but that is how he should be forced to see them. That his actions had awful consequences for those beautiful little girls.

Did it say anythinh about livitity ( blood pulling) it can tell if they were moved more then once after death before being placed in the place found.

Thank you to Shanann's best friend Nickole for exposing Chris Watts right away. Rest in peace Shanann, Bella, Celeste and Nico. You were taken far too soon and the reason why is just disgusting. 😢

I imagine crude would just put a coating on the skin. It really does not have any properties that would degrade evidence. But, the investigators did say they contacted numerous companies and all were unsure how the bodies would react to being in crude.

To the naked eye, there can be. The lungs can be hyper inflated to the point where they're touching at the midline. More compelling evidence usually falls at the microscopic level with their histology findings. I'm no expert on that sort of thing, unfortunately.

SW autopsy in the discovery does mention lack of blood cause they had to use blood from her spleen to do her toxicology but the lack of blood could be due to her uterus/cervix and all that coming out and baby nico coming out, which they said was from the gases of decomposition expelling her birthing organs and baby nico, so would this explain the lack of blood? But how would her blood exit into the burial ground if she was deceased hours before being put into the shallow grave. The white sheet didn't have enough blood to explain SWs' blood loss. Idk but this whole case is really odd. Cause why is there any blood loss with a smothering or choking to death. She should have had a normal amount of blood in her. When we are pregnant, we gain like 25 percent more blood in our bodies when we carry babies so it's just odd she lacked blood anyway.

You need to update your story because he gave a confession that the girls were alive in his truck as he drove them to his work site and the video from Nate shows a shadow of a little child walk up to him.

Generally speaking, the death investigator is the person who goes into the field when the body is found and documents what is found at the scene. They can be an employee of a law enforcement agency or a coroner/medical examiner office. It is also possible that in some cases the coroner or medical examiner goes into the field to visualize the initial findings, though in the Watts case, I don’t recall that happening.
