Pixel top-down astroneer. Brilliant 👏 looks really fun. Gives the decs plenty of room to take things in their own direction while utilizing the most fun mechanics of astroneer. Very cool
this game is really good.. I played this game 1 year ago or so in early access, the community and developer are great... developer hear users'advice and inputs.. such a good developer and community... if I'm correct this game is developed by just one guy
Praise the grid!!!
It's literally 2d astroneer
Looks like a 2d astronier
Ill be honest here. I do still miss the lets play content. Wish you started doing those again, I understand why it stopped and i appreciate the new content/format. anyways before i start to rant, Keep up the nice satisfying content Wander!
Cells for the grid God! Symmetry for the Mirrored throne!
the moth as a biological machine to produce resin is clever. also, praise the grid!
This looks great!! I like “extraction building” games like Forager and Lost Nova. I play those type of games not enough :p
Looks promising. ;-;
I wish they make the oxygen lines static and not fast moving dashes, it makes my eyes strain over time.
I think you tore up the Energy supply to your SW miners...
why is it just 2d astroneer..? its so distinctly astroneer its throwing me off hard... great video, though, wander!!
How come your vocal audio sometimes sounds like you're talking into a can during this video? Intermittent reverb
so, another game where you start with a beautiful biosphere with the goal of utterly annihilating it by strip mining every resource and plastering the landscape with industry? Why are there so many of this kind and so few where you do the opposite?

probably because it makes a fun gameplay loop

@@twopoint2811 Turning the idea 180° around would make for a unique setting though: You play as a Dryad inhabiting the dying roots of an ancient tree. The world above is factorio endgame with a slight steampunk touch, but its all running on automatic. U break down the wasteland and recycle materials to spread flora and fauna again - manually at first, then you automate things through more complex plants and animals.

@@christophedlauer1443 thats true, seeing that kind of idea being done succesfully would be awesome. there is a factorio mod where iirc the main goal is to establish an atmosphere and populate the world with biters. i like your dryad in a factorio endgame idea. though, its not like playing to natures tune hasn't been done before. its just conceptually i feel its easier to make games focused on industry (when it comes to automation genre) and therefore more common.

@@christophedlauer1443 you wanna see the idea turned around? Try "Planet Crafter". The Gameplay is very similar to Submautica, except you crash on a completely barren Rock, your goal is terraforming it, and when you leave it's a green paradise. Finished that recently.

I'm pretty sure biomechanical design falls under the horror category
