Thank you very much for the video Captain. Just a question please. There may be occasions where "Flare" wouldn't engage at 50' ft right? Could you please remind on the correct actions to follow? Did the training 2 years ago, just trying to recall it back again... Many thanks.

Francesco, if FLARE does not engage at 50 feet RA, PM calls "NO FLARE" and the PF initiates the go-around. If the PF considers it is safe to land, he or she may choose to land manually (have in mind it can be very tricky). The procedures shown on the video may vary from one company to another.
