Nick really trusts Johnny, I’ve noticed in the videos where Johnny is involved, Nick is happier and willing to do things he might not really want to do.

Johnny you're just an awesome, brother & son. The way you communicate with Nick is amazing, he's so receptive to you & you're so calm with him, mum & dad are calm & awesome but you're next level. And I believe that Nick is more receptive to certain things with Johnny, like the haircut, (and weight lifting. ) He looks up to his older brother, plus he often asks to be scratched, and a razor feels a lot like being scratched.

We haven't stepped in a Barber shop in 10 years. We used to try but it was just so upsetting. Nicholas has become much less sensitive to the whole experience. Maybe it's time to try again. But I know what your family has been through With this issue.God-bless you my friend.

The relationship between my boys is amazing to see in person. Johnny has always been Nicholas's greatest protector. The dogs are a true blessing as well. They know that Nicholas needs to be cared for and protected a bit more than the rest of us.

Ive been watching for a while and subbed last week but this is my first comment. I just have to echo what’s been said in that Johnny is a truly wonderful brother. I sure hope he reads the comment section so he knows his intimate understanding of and compassion toward Nick is not lost on us. I know you guys are big fans of Fathering Autism, just know Johnny rivals Isaiah in that they are both incredible young men. Not all of us on the spectrum were blessed with such wonderful siblings, so it’s quite heartwarming to see Johnny exhibiting such awareness and care for his brother.

@@NickyTVFamilyVlog my son is fine he's getting there bless him he just got us to having appointments at hospitals 4 days a week every week has he was 3 months premature with health problems and with him having a bleed on the brain has led to autism and his genetic screening has shown 3 extra chromosomes so this his balance, speech, and behavior and sensory issues what Nick is doing now by video call with his teacher my son is doing now with doctors and therapy. You all have helped me alot.

I absolutely love that the brothers take care of one another. The trust that Nick has with Johnny is so precious! He did an awesome job on Nicks hair. Love it. Can I ask why you want chickens? Is it for the eggs or do you really like chickens. I grew up with a wide range of animal chickens were among them. I actually loved climbing up in the barn and gathering eggs. The pragmatic side of me says that we are already spread very thin here and that taking on a new responsibility would be more stressful and problematic than the fun and the lessons learned that the chickens will give us. The little kid in me loves the natural world and would enjoy sitting around hearing the chickens make noise and Eat and peck at things. I think the chickens will be a more appropriate idea at a different point in our lives.🙂💙

The dogs are so cute

That was awesome seeing him sit for the haircut. Our 6 year gets upset and cry’s at the sound of the clippers turning on. He even try’s to run. Maybe it’s something that comes with age but we are hoping he adjust to them. I believe that he will. But it’s so hard emotionally when we have to cut his hair. Did Nick have these issues when he was younger?

Hi Eric. Thank you so much for the message. Yes! Haircuts were an absolute nightmare. We basically got kicked out of the Barber shop during his 1st haircut. Then, We went to a place that specialized in cutting hair for people with special needs and that was a little better. However it was an emotional nightmare for the entire family. We've been cutting his hair at home ever since. We've even cut his hair while he was taking a nap. It does get better my friend. Hold on, you can do it.

Hi Maria. Our local Barber came to the house and cut mine and Johnny's hair. Don't worry he was wearing a mask and gloves. Nick wasn't about to let him cut his hair. Thank you so much for your compliment about Nicky's eyes. They really are something special. God-bless you my friend.

Johnny - * Let's try this out alright *. Nicky - * Oh No *. I had to laugh, exactly what my hubby said when I was about to cut his hair - - It didn't go to plan LOL. Wish we could add photos here on YT. You'd crack up laughing - I'm not destined to be a hairdresser anytime soon.

@@NickyTVFamilyVlog ya I think they would become lunch if rocky was left alone with them lol he looks like the play rough loveable teddybear type. I love big dogs but urs are bigger then big and I love them. Especially rockys markings. He's beautiful.

I'm Mackenzie. Nicholas has had an amazing group of educators around him since he was 2 years old. His family also spends a lot of time talking with him and encouraging him to use his words. He has continued to practice and try his best and his speech has com along with all of this.🙂💙

@Nickey TV Autism your such amazing family sorry if I have upset you by asking the question I don’t mean to upset anyone can I Say Autism is very different times it self my little brother as Autism with all what’s going on I got add met it’s been hard at times but we get trow it day by day but we are keeping him busy with all the things that he likes doing and in 2 week’s time my big brother his buyer him some Lego because he is doing really well but he dose talk a lot and he his very own iPad that he looks at pictures and KZread thank you I find your vlogs very helpful thanks for understanding me and I have special needs my self I have brain damage so that means I think differently to my family and people have explain things to me if I don’t understand what they saying or asking me to do but thank you so much for the help you give me your friend Leah and you make me happy when you reply back to me it means a lot

I am sure you will do your research but chickens are not just plug-and-play. I raise a flock and adore them but they poop A LOT and everywhere. They do not and should not eat all table scraps. Some can actually be harmful. Breed also plays a part and should be researched what fits better. I have some girls that will attack my dogs (pit bull and chiweenie) and have killed baby rabbits, birds, squirrels, and ate them. I have other girls that hop up and sit on a porch swing with me. Most like to run with me,and will follow me on walks and doing work outside. They know their names, and learned come, hurry, snacks, etc. Think feathered toddlers. Not saying it's a bad idea but there is way more to giving them a good life than many think and they are far from dumb and brainless.

Just please do research first. I currently have 2 rescues that took me over a year before they trusted us to handle them or even be near them (me and my children can pet and pick them up now). They were tossed in a prefab enclosure like you mentioned, neglected, ignored, and in the end starved . I actually lost some that were just too sick when they came to me.

Hello my friend. I think the chicken battle is lost over here. The pragmatic side of me knows that we are already spread really thin and that it would have to be a family effort to make it successful. The child in me loves nature and being around animals. I know that I would love to hear them watch them walk around and interact with each other And just be part of their world. But we already have so much going on in our lives. I think it will be a more appropriate idea in the future when life is so busy. Thank you for sending such a thoughtful message and caring so much about such an important decision.
