What a huge accomplishment! From February of last year to today, Nicky has grown so, so, so much through all the home schooling, back to school work, time with family and with Sam. He is continuing to blossom. This is a testament to your family and the dedication and love you show him and your belief in his abilities. I'm so happy and might have shed a tear or two, also. I love how his brothers take care of him the whole time during and after the cut. Amazing family ❤️

Noah went to the barber shop once when he was 9 months old and screamed the whole time. (His hair was really long) I buzzed his hair with clippers at home for the next 5 years because he wouldn’t sit still or let a stranger near him. My husband and I decided to try taking him recently because he hasn’t protested getting his hair cut at home. He sat still the whole time with toy story movie in one hand and dum dum in the other hand. It is incredible to experience these little wins! Yay Nicky! I hope he loved his experience and has no problem going back again.

I think it is sweeter than sugar how Nick hugs on you guys and how he has to touch mom's curls. You remind me of a very sweet friend that had hair the same length and she had curls until cancer took her hair and her away. Your mannerisms remind me of her so much. She was a red head,like me. I meet her and the family when I was in college. I was the favorite sitter for the children and lots of their friends. She was one of a kind! She was a preacher wife,a pk or a preacher kid,and her son in law is a preacher. I tear up watching you at times. If you want to see a picture, I can tell you how to find the family on Facebook. Her funeral was so packed, that they not only showed it in several rooms in the church.,but on line. There was 300 on line the day of the funeral. Sorry for being long. I'm a retired music teacher and nanny. My God child is on the spectrum. She is 10. She has a feeding tube. And she is finally potty trained. When she was around 4 months old,she had been in foster care for a month and the doctors never thought she would walk,talk,read,count,or potty trained. I would go get her and the others, and push a strollef,stroller, double or a triple,and would sing to all of them. I taught her frosty the snowman, Jesus loves me,jingle bells and every song I knew or could make up. I knew if she could sing,she could talk. Her mother would send me text and tell me,I had to sing frosty 5 times to get her to lay down and she wanted to call you so you could sing. I told her you were asleep and she should be to. I've been known to sing over the phone often or sing during feeding tube changes. I've raised at least 200 little ones. I'm 50. Please keep my finance and myself in your prayers please. Mark has congestive heart failure and diabetes and I have ms, fibro, arthritis, and more. You guys should trace your hands and then frame them. I tell my friends to do this when they have little ones. Little hands grow and old ones don't last forever. Do you guys know Mario? Check out Mario on Facebook. Stand with Mario. He has several disorders and is on the spectrum. He can't read and barely write. And Nick,I'm so jealous of you getting a unklela. I play the piano. My hands are small. I can't play a guitar because my hands. I can't reach an octave on the piano. I'm from middle Georgia. Do you guys watch the Wee family? Keep shinning bright!

When we worked up to going to the dentist we bought the playdough dentist things and practiced with him then at the dentist we had him go and the dentist had a stuffed fish they he practiced on it was a lot of steps but it worked as you know everything is a process but in the it's worth it to see the progress
