This is a very delicious and rich grilled goat meat, well-seasoned, with fresh red onions, green onions, pepper, to produce a delicious pepper sauce, and a side of noodles in coconut milk and fresh garlic chives! This dish is yummy! ‘Wu sai e go tie dey cow, na dey e go eat!’ I wish I was at this home to eat this amazing dish, and I will bring my baguette with me! Week four in October is off and running already. ‘Eating good in the Pan-African food world!’ Thanks to the great Foodies And Spice for preparing this miracle meal!
