Something for newer cooks to practice on. But just remember, a failed omelet becomes scrambled eggs with good stuff added and tastes exactly the same.

I love a some scrambled eggs with biscuits and syrup. No utensils needed. That’s the best way to me
I am the omelet queen of my house 😁. I have a pan that is only used for my omelets. I used to make them every Sunday, but now that my husband has retired and I work from home, he is requesting one every morning 🤦🏾♀️.

I am lucky that as a child I was the youngest of 6 and the years spacing us were about 4 years each so I kind of was an only child in my teen age years as the siblings moved out at 18. My mom was a great cook and obviously older as I was in my teens. She made me an omelette every morning I wanted one before school. It’s a food that I still love and make regularly these days. My wife says I was spoiled, I tell her it was just love! ❤️

Try sliding it onto the plate you are going to eat in on and then put the pan over it and flip it. It’s a crutch but if it saves your day 🎉

AB, when I was a kid we had chickens. I ate a lot of omelettes but we was poor. They were eggs and deer sausage with fried taters.

I have *never* flipped an omelet OR seen one flipped until today.
My Dude! Solid 8.5-9 on the omelette flipping skills. Everything else 11/10/. Killing it! Also, for those of y'all watching, that butter and olive oil pays the bills on this breakfast dish. Don't be shy with it. Or the cheese.

My dad wasn't an official chef, but he was the family chef. Took pride in what he cooked. Sometimes cooking took longer because he made sure to prep properly, cook thoroughly, and he took the utmost pride in presentation. I do the same. One of the first dishes I ever learned to make was an omelet just like this. I can remember it clear as day. Cooking has always been something I used to remember him by after passing in 2020. AB, you remind me so much of him. All the good memories come back to life watching your videos. One of the many reasons I love your channel. Amazing how this video hits so close to home. Thank you

One of my favourite dinners is an omelette and salad. They are both great ways to use up leftovers in the fridge, as filling for the omelette or ingredients in the salad. This video has got my taste buds tingling!! Yum!!
Man that looks good as hell. I watch some cooking shows on TV and they are laughable. Some of the stuff they throw together aint fit for a dog. This guy is a REAL CHEF

breakfast has always been my favorite meal and whle people complained about food in the Army, I thought it was great and particullarly breakfast. Of course I was Infantry so just ate one maybe two rations per day. On your belly and cold most of the time! Makes me grateful for what I have now!

I found this video just browsing. I’m a fan of omelettes. I cook one every weekend. The two omelettes made in this video looked delicious! My omelette flipping skills are pretty bad 😅I was amazed with how fluffy and tasty those omelettes were! Great Video!

Fantastic! I'm likin' the country style. We do an omelette with leftover rotisserie chicken and any vegetables we have in the fridge. I add thai chili peppers and green chilies. Knorr regular sauce is great in the eggs as you mix them or even tabasco sauce in the eggs.

Mamas old trick, when you put the cheese on and it’s almost done take some crushed ice cubes drop them in the pan and put a lid on top of it. The steam will melt all of the cheese.
