I'm working on all of it, I did the fried cabbage this weekend... I love making the smoked turkey wings, blackeyed peas in collar greens... And the red beans and rice.. It's all good, Thank you for posting these delicious recipes. See reminds me of a kid growing up, A great grandma was from Alabama, Mima she was from Mississippi, And my mom I grew up in Tennessee... Nothing like skillet full of down home fried chicken with mashed potatoes and thick gravy, Or sometimes we've gathered around for just biscuits and honey.. Seem like we were eating all the time... But we were laughing and having fun even if we didn't have much money, we had food on our table and we had lots of love in our home. 👍😉✌

I fried this recipe about two weeks ago and my husband loved it. He doesn't normally eat leftover cabbage when I make it the other way so he was really impressed. I love all of your recipes and I'm making the cabbage again today for supper with your recipe for smothered turkey wings

I just made fried cabbage Saturday evening. I used Applewood bacon, Texas Garlic sausage, Bell peppers, Onions, Spinach with all the same seasonings to make it delicious, for the second time. I also, made cornbread with onions, bell peppers, It’s amazing!

The best fried cabbage that I have ever made! My daughter said, "keep this recipe" because it was so delicious! The peppers and the Creole seasoning really made the difference! Thank you for making me look like a great cook!

I LOVE fried cabbage. Not big on cooking but THIS RIGHT HERE. I usually use the hillshire Polska sausage only and add a little oil in afterwards. I might have to try it like this.

Iam Polish; we can live on spuds and cabbage. But I ran across an Oriental cabbage video. They tore it into moderate pieces. They boiled water alone and then poured the water over it and it comes out to perfect flavor and bite. You can do what you want from there. I save the water I boiled and make my rice. Stir fry whatever you like. I found it interesting andvthe flavor of the cabbage is accentuated.
