All the time!!! I would much rather have my family eat it and enjoy it. It’s just something about standing over the stove and cooking that takes my appetite away. It’s sad really cuz I’m a fantastic cook😂😂. I had to toot my own horn 😂

I just came on to tell you Thank You. I made your sausage gravy for the first time in my life. I'm 63 years old and i only tried to make it one time in my life and never again until now. The first time i tried it said to whip the cream, so i ran out and bought whipped cream, i was a lot younger and well now you know why i never tried that again 😂 It was delicious and my family loved it . Just made this for a midweek meal and the family was very pleased with it. Love this channel. I subbed in some serranos and jalapenos instead of bell peppers, added grated carrots, shallots, and celery into the sausage mix to cook the moisture out.

Those biscuit pans have me flinching like I'm holding a grenade. I always feel silly but I just can't fight it. The peppers and onions really make the gravy pop.

I make pretty much the same casserole. Try adding a layer of shredded (pre-made) potatoes to the layering. You can brown them earlier so you have them ready - sometimes I sauté the onions and then add the potatoes. Game changer and so good! Such a great casserole when you have overnight guests. Great video!
