Black Soup | I taught a German how to cook and eat it

Ойын-сауық

Black soup is one of the Staple soups of the Edo's and some tribes in western and Southern Nigeria. It is highly medicinal.
It aids digestion, highly nutritious and good for those who are just recovering from illness because it aids appetite too...
Niela a German KZreadr visited my studio from Germany on his quest to explore Nigerian food so i taught him how to cook and eat Black soup.
Have you ever tasted Black soup? would you like to try it?

I thought of traveling to Benin city purposefully to eat this black soup, after a you tuber showcased it 2 years ago from Benin city. I was curious about what makes it so black, but you have revealed it to me today. I think the Germans are quick to adapt to some things in Africa. I've seen many of them eating our local food. Your guest there is quite a humble man, he's willing to learn something new.
