In this Autel AP200 MaxiAP Diagnostic Tool video we see if the DPF regeneration and TPMS system connected to a Land Rover Discovery 4 can be activated and serviced. AP200 can be used for these and Suspension, Service Reset, Bluetooth, Brake Switch, EPB, TPMS, BMS, Key Programming, Calibration etc. Similar for Defender, Range Rover, Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Renault, Citroen, Lancia, Fiat, Vauxhall, Ford etc.

It certainly did instil a moment of panic. A few weeks on though and no issues whatsoever. I actually put the AP200 back on it last night to check the codes again, as I’ve put it in to the Mai dealer today for service and belts. I wanted to be sure of any issues I should expect, but nothing out of the ordinary came up. I’m going to put a video together on my experience with the main dealer which will be out towards the start of April. (There’s a few other videos scheduled to come out between now and then) All the best Al. Have a great day. 👍
Does it allow you to check the current spot levels of the DPF? Have you tried the new Autel AP2500?

Hi there Tony can you tell me if you carried out a static regen with the AP200 ? And if so can you tell me why it states that it is a 2 person job Thanks Mark

Hi Mark. I haven’t. I’m away at the moment and can’t recall the reason why it’s a two person job. I seem to recall it’s something regarding keeping a constant on the throttle and a task under the hood. Sorry I can’t help more. All the best 👍

Yes as far as i know. I'm sure i recall seeing that as an option. There's another box opening and set up video on the channel where i run through many of the options which may show it too. All the best 👍
hey Tony, could you confirm (and show if possible) how to calibrate air suspension with this tool?

Hi. In the other video for this Autel tool on this car I run through most of the steps, but don’t actually execute the command. I think it’s the “unboxing” video. Hope that helps. All the best 👍
Did you get to the bottom of the headlight control unit code as I’ve got the same thing

Hi David. No is the answer. I connected to the car just the other day to read the codes as I now have the dreaded ‘Suspension Fault’ issue. (Not good). The intermittent headlamp code was still there but causing no issues since I first read it. Hope that helps. All the best 👍

Is this work for my Giulietta Diesel? My DPF is 80% obstructed and my car doesn't run the regeneration, even if i do 30/40 km with 4 gear at 80km, what should i do?

Ciao Francesco. Yes, I’m sure it will work on the Giulietta. It lists so many vehicle types. When you try to perform it, the tool checks the condition first and then says if it can do it, assuming the DPF isn’t too far gone. Hope that helps All the best 👍
